What is required of you to take the training online.
The only difference between physical and online teaching is that you have to find one that you can practice the techniques on, it could be a friend, colleague or family member, I explain everything like it was physical education and I show you how to perform the technique and the advantage of this is that you can always see it all again and again when you have time.
How is training at the online school.

You can see all the video / audio files all the many you will. I’ll show you how to perform the various techniques, then you will even be able to carry them along with your “exercise buddy”
